The other day I received an e-mail that had a copy of the letter that was sent to all of the distributors in XELR8 stating that the Board of Directors were pursuing a different business model and cancelling the MLM program effective, February 28, 2010.
WOW! What a blow to all of the faithful, top producing distributors in the company.
If you are one of the distributors in the company I know that you must have panicked when you heard the news. There are a lot of distributors in XELR8 that have no idea what they are going to do, they don’t know what other company to join and a few I am sure are going to call it quits because they are disillusioned with the industry right now.
The reason for this is because this business was their only stream of income, they soley relied upon just this compensation plan to take care of them, which most people in any MLM will do. I am here to share with you that you should never put all of your eggs in one basket! Now I do not mean that you should go out and join 3-4 other MLM companies, but what I am saying is that you should have other streams of income coming in so that this will not be a hardship on you and our family. You should always have what’s called a funded proposal in place, which has affiliate programs lined up. This will enable you to still generate some income and not be soley dependent on any MLM ever!.
How do you think the top income earners in the industry make so much money? Why do you think that they can leave one MLM and go to another one and start to make the same if not more money than they did in their previous company. The have multiple streams of income to sustain them.
A lot of people do not realize this because they have not been properly educated or trained on how to have multiple streams of income that will help you by helping others succeed in the industry. One of my mentors always says, “You Don’t Know What You Don’t Know!” Sadly in this case that is so true!
Once you understand how a funded proposal works you will never be in this awful position again and having the rug pulled out from under you. You will never be at the mercy of any MLM company.
So what are you going to do? Are you going to sit there and take what has just been handed to you and do nothing and let XLER8 or any MLM take your financial future and throw it away or are you going to find out how you can take your financial future and place in back in your hands?
