Personal development is the key to your success.

Most people to do not realize how important your education is when you are an network or an internet marketer. They think they can join a mlm business or just promote products and they will become an overnight success. Soon to realize that an overnight success is no where in the picture for them.

When I first started on my network marketing venture I had no idea that I was in an actual MLM company I just wanted to lose some weight and no one told me to try and recruit anyone they just told me to buy the product and sell it to other people and that is just what I did based on my personal results and I did very well.

I did not realize that I was in a MLM until years later when I joined a travel mlm and then it hit me.

Had I had proper training I would have known that and could have made me more money, hence I was not educated on it.

When I joined that travel company I started to get trained on the mechanics of network marketing, I brought books, I was on every training call, I went to every super Saturday, I joined mastermind groups all in the effort to expand my mind and of course to make more money.

I really realized that I did not know what I did not know and once the mind expands it can never go back to the state that it was once in.

I got hooked on personal development because I realized that all of the training in the world would not make me any money if my mind was not right. I could not possible be a success unless I trained my mine to see it and believe it first.

I have heard people from all over the world complain about the lack of success that they have and blame the company, their sponsor and or their upline, they never stop and consider the fact that they may be the problem not anyone else.

Once you realize how important your education is when you are a network or an internet marketer you will immediately find a mentor or a program and training especially personal development to set you up on a path to success.

If you DO NOT start with personal development first you are setting yourself up for a long road of failures you may reach your destination but it will take you a lot longer until you work on yourself first.

Personal development has changed my life and my business, I have been able to recruit more people, make more money and help more people by sharing with them what I know .
